  • Umang Pharmatech Pvt Ltd’ s UCFC- 300-S is a continuous film Making machine designed to produce Pharmaceutical grade ‘Mouth Dissolving film’ in the Pilot scale.
  • A Fully integrated Oral Film Casting machine for, making edible/oral strips, etc. suitable for pre-formulation development, formulation assurance, process consistency applications, and academic laboratory use.
  • Oral Film Casting machine can be used to deliver vaccines by quickly dissolving in mouth and in saliva, this delivery system exhibits many advantages not available in current products which include improved patent compliance, improved bioavailability, reduction in the costs associated with storage, distribution, handling, and administration.
  • Oral edible strip disintegration property is based on the polymers used. The film disintegrates rapidly within seconds in contact with water or saliva, releases the drug in the mouth and promotes gastrointestinal absorption.
  • It consists of a set of roller arrangements for holding and smooth movement of the base film and cast film.
  • The speed of the rollers is controlled by linear motion encoder, PLC & VFD. The Human Interface is a touch screen.
  • The temperatures of each zones are controlled by PID & PLC. The Human Interface is a touch screen.
  • The drying zone & casting zone is visible from outside. It ensures that, there is no place for hidden debris and product contamination.
