Pan Cup Design
The Pellegrini type non-perforated pan cup has been extremely popular for many years for tje incomparable mixing performance. The shape, combined with the surface smoothness, brings a perfect mixing of the cores and a uniform distribution of the coating material.

Additionally, the total absence of perforations in the pan walls make it possible to process all sizes and shapes of
product, without clogging.

Automatic Cleaning System (C.I.P.)
The cleaning operations is fast and easy due to the use of a solid wall pan.
The completely automatic cleaning programmes are based on individual formula which are centered around
washing, rinsing and discharge sequences relating to the actual products used during the coating process.

All Coaters are managed by a PLC control and automatic system.
