The Umang Radial Extruder Program includes a full range of single and double screw radial extruders which are manufactured in pharmaceutical as well as industrial designs. Umang has developed several advances over the traditional radial extrusion technologies which include:

• Higher throughput per screen or die area
• Die design which allow lower pressure and less sheer
• Smaller holes to 250 micron diameter with special back relief provision which allows extrudates to be formed at this smaller size
• Variable pitch transport screws are available to optimize the development and manufacturing process
• Capacaties from less than 50 grams to multiple ton per hour throughputs
