N.P.S of 750-800 microns were put on the plate in the lab-scale Drug layering 380 machine. Drug layering machine was adjusted to suitable RPM and the Binder solution was sprayed. The baffle was used to increase the tumbling effect. After a few seconds iron powder was sprayed with the help of pneumatic nozzles and powder feeder. The baffle was again used to improve the layering. The process was continued till the complete powder was over and the material was discharged for drying.

Result
The powder was layered uniformly sieve analysis showed only 1.2% of the pellets were above 900 microns and rest were uniform.
