The Umang Single and Twin Screw Axial Extruders are based upon our screw design which is available with axial, cone, and radial dies. We use either one or two screws depending on required capacity. When the twin screw design is implemented the screws move in opposite directions whereby the product is fed into the extrusion zone.

The extrusion takes place at the face of the mesh in either case.
The extrudates fall and break themselves or an ancillary cutter is implemented to help them break evenly. This design is implemented where higher pressures than our radial or cone designs are necessary.
