Fluid bed Dryer Cum Processor

• It is basically referredto as a top spray processor of agglomerators primarilly employed for air blending, low shear wet granulation, conversion of powder material into agglomerates and top spray coating of larger particulate matter by atomizing binder spray which then evaporated upon filtered air suspended substrate particles in current manner.
• During agglomeration filter bags continuously discharge fine particles back into the product container with a provision of automatic variable process air damper control during cycle.
• It is cost effective solutions fot standard application ideal for drying, granulation and film coating application using top spray arrangement with all safety standards.

Tipper

• This unit ideally use for lifting and tilting the product on required altitude for unloading into bins or equipments as desired.

Cone mill

Tablet coating

• The concept auto coater with greater elasticity in the batches ranges from 500 gm - 300 Kgs, is in line with the production idea.
• Under control condition provision of interchargeable pans for differnt batch size in a single machine is an specific feature of equipment.
• Unique HPC Design of perforated pan in suitable for sugar, films as well as aqueous coating at a much faster rate than other perfoated pans.
